Suddenly, transparency has become a topic for at least one of my competitors. I first raised this issue on February 25 after speaking with residents to understand the concerns of the Bear Lake community.

I have a straightforward plan to begin addressing the transparency concerns that people have expressed. I will share my plan at the Bear Lake Chamber town hall on April 25.
